Members are companies which upload their stock on Powertransmissions against a pre-determined annual price per number of lines. This allows them to indicate which article, what brand, price, delivery time and shipping costs the company applies as a standard. Members can indicate from whom they wish to receive requests. There are 5 user groups on Powertransmissions: Manufacturer, Importer, Trader, End user and OEM. It is therefore possible for example to exchange purely on an importers basis. Every member can be included on the site under the category Manufacturer, Importer or Trader on the homepage. The great advantage of these categories is that these categories will be searched by the Google spiders and they will therefore help allow the members' sites to grow. An example: Spruit Transmissies. Finally, every member can indicate today's social media on his profile: Linkedin, Twitter and Facebook. This allows members to communicate with each other with ease. Members can find each other through links at the bottom of the site.

Why would you want to enter the products on Powertransmissions? The ease of use. That is what it is all about in the world of technical companies. What could be more convenient than a site with a huge database, allowing you to see which article is available where, at a glance. This is the added value offered by Powertransmissions. Joining strengths and stocks, in order to achieve a greater level of convenience in product availability. You determine from whom you receive a request. Powertransmissions has created 5 user groups namely: Manufacturer, Importer, Trader, OEM and End-user. Everyone indicates which group they are part of when they create their account. Of course, this is screened by Powertransmissions. Members can choose from which group they wish to receive requests, in their profile.
The costs of uploading are kept as low as possible in order to minimise the threshold. Powertransmissions has divided them in 4 categories: up to 1,000 lines, up to 5,000 lines, up to 10,000 lines and up to 25,000 lines. Above 25,000 lines the prices are upon request
The price for up to 1,000 lines is €150 (excl. 19% VAT) per year..
The price for up to 5,000 lines is €500 (excl. 19% VAT) per year.
The price for up to 10,000 lines is €900 (excl. 19% VAT) per year.
The price for up to 25,000 lines is €1,750 (excl. 19% VAT) per year.
For the above prices you receive a complete upload of the number of lines chosen by you, which is fixed for 1 year. As a member you are also able to see what other parties have in stock, of course. As a member you will also be included on the homepage, with a link to the description of your company. See the example Spruit Transmissies. If you do not wish receive it, you can inform us via e-mail (info@powertransmissions.org).
What does Powertransmissions need to process the files on the site? An Excel file, with the following lines:
- Company name: The company name you are registered under.
- Article number: the most convenient solution is to communicate all your article numbers in your first file. These can then be prepared for the website, and if there are any follow-up e-mails, the excel files can easily be used to search vertically, and to make an update for the upload on the website.
- Product description: including the article number of the products.
- Price of the product per item/metre/litre.
- Quantity in stock.
- Delivery area: For example: country or continent, or worldwide.
- Minimum quantity for purchase.
- Category: see the 22 categories above. The appropriate number from this list must be entered.
- Brand of the product.
When all the above details have been completed, you will end up with an Excel file similar to the one below:
The first 30 members will be able to upload their products on the Powertransmissions website for free for one year. This is limited to a maximum of 100,000 lines and can only be processed in the 22 pre-programmed categories.
A good opportunity to promote your stock for free and increase your sales.
There are currently 6 member accounts available, so don’t miss out.
